However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:                                                           1. Return Eligibility                                                                    Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

 2. Restocking Fee                                                                     A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part.The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 3. Non-Returnable Items.                                                        The following items cannot be returned:Custom or personalized items.Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."Gift cards.                                               

 4. Return Process                                                                     Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [your email or phone number] to initiate the return process.                                                                                         Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.                                                                       Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds.                                                                               Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

  6. Exchanges.                                                                           We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
